    Morning robbo,

    13/04/16 you stated (in part):

    https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/17492951/single

"And now NTL has a TMP to transport 100,000 tonnes of ore a year for the bulk sampling project. That's 20,000 cubic meters a year, I guess?"

You then went on to make some incorrect assumptions and calculations.

As advised above, please note, 20,000m3 = circa 30,600 tonne.

In other words, the current TMP allows for only 20,000 cubic (i.e.  bulk sampling). The consents granted are for a very limited bulk sampling operation with restrictions on daily truck movements.

The 100,000 tonnes you have mistakenly referred to was in the past (15 May 2014), and not a part of the current (4 April 2016) TMP.

    The most recent Qtly reveals:

As announced in the previous quarterly report the company and council are working together on finalising a traffic management plan (TMP) that meets the needs of council and NTL. Whilst Company mine traffic on the road will be minimal, with reference to safety guidelines we have sought specialist input from our engineers and the council engineers

We intend to undertake sampling operations to establish the deeper orebody immediately whilst finalising the Traffic management plan.

Now my question to you again:
If NTL were to move dirt in a commercial manner - mining (not bulk sampling), is it likely they will need access to the LNY "scraps"?

Presumably any MLA (when NTL get around to it), will have to deal with haul routes on a commercial basis.

    Cheers,
