There is public road going right into NTL's mining permit area. Yes, NTL has a mining permit. Here's the permit number for you to look up, seeing as you have again shown yourself incapable:



LNY has exploration permits. LNY has absolutely no ownership or interest in the land that those exploration permit areas cover. NTL does not need LNY's consent for anything at all.

You are showing yourself again to have no understanding of the legal framework here in NZ.

Again, even if there was no public road to NTL's portal pad in their mining permit area, LNY has absolutely no say in whether the landowners allow NTL (or anything else) to access their land.

20,000 cubic meters per annum

You can assign whatever weight you like to 20,000 cubic meters per annum. The 23g/t grades we've got makes 40,000ktpa very lucrative for bulk sampling. Certainly a lot better than 0.73g/t rock chip samples and no substantial gold mineralisation gold in drilling like LNY.

TMP

NTL is constructing the mine under a prospecting resource consent. NTL also has a resource consent for bulk sampling.

Once the TMP is lodged the bulk sampling consent starts, which is why they have no lodged it because then the bulk sampling consent would be taken up in part by construction time.

Conclusion

You have no credible or useful points about NTL. You don't even seem to have any understanding of LNY's project here in NZ either. It is not the sign of prudent investment or research. Back to the drawing board again dugsab - found any of those great 0.73g/t rock chip samples yet?
