What you neglect to reveal is that while the Traffic Management Plan has been approved in principle, there are two parts to the approval process. Hauraki District Council confirmed it has approved the planning process of the TMP, however the next step involving the technical and safety aspects of the plan has not yet been approved and is still being processed.

Hence:
We intend to undertake sampling operations to establish the deeper orebody immediately whilst finalising the Traffic management plan.

Additionally, I don't see any acknowledgement from you re the misleading 100ktpa assumption.
