Tarecq, I wouldn't take much notice that PMs are mainly paper traded, even at 100:1 to physical. The players know it's mainly paper and act accordingly. When I trade ETOs I ususlly have no intention of exercising and often couldn't afford to anyway. I can play big volumes with relatively little cash.

I know little of Christian and his CPM group, but I suppose he has the same agendum as Nadler on Kitco. Bearish on Gold/Silver. I presume the reason is to keep trading in Gold/Silver active. Enough bulls on Kitco. If everyone thought gold was going to $2,000 then 3 then 4 everyone would hold and Kitco and CPM wouldn't make as much money as they would if trades are churned over.
