It could very well be 20 to 1 on the COMEX, but that's simply the nature of the market. Most using the COMEX never have an intention of taking delivery, it's simply a price discovery mechanism.

Do you think there are physical notes for every currency unit traded in the forex market? All the markets are leveraged higher than their real size, it's not exclusive to Gold and Silver.

I agree with head of deliveries at COMEX, if there was ever a run on physical the price would shoot up... "price would solve everything". Either that or maybe we see margin limits increased to reduce the leverage allowed by those buying the contracts.

I very much doubt the COMEX will bust in this bull market as speculated by some.
