Raiden’s open share register.

• I have been able to ascertain that as at 31/1/2024 Raiden’s shareholder list is very open, which is something I am relieved to see.

There are no substantial shareholders, which are defined as having a holding over 5%.

1/. Pacton Gold 128,939,394 shares 4.85% (No change since Dec. 23 notice.
2/. Kitara (Tolga) 121,009,087 shares 4.56% (No change since Nov. 23 notice.
3/. DC & PC Holdings (Neesham). 79,600,000 shares 3.00%
4/. Faldo Ismail 42,000,000 shares 1.58%.

Notably UBS Nominees who were shown to hold 91,969,696 shares (No 3) as at the last Annual Report are now out.

There were 8 holders with a shareholding representing over 1.0% shown in the Annual Report List as at 11/9/2023 this is now down to just 4 as shown above. Not all due to selling, some reduced below 1.0% due to dilution.
This shows that the high turnover some months back was clearly due to Day Traders and not someone taking up a strategic position.
