Spend around $20m to 25m to get the 75%.
25% end position for raiden is better than nothing because raiden would have to dilute shareholders massively to cover the 20m to 25m spend.
Also, if mallina walks away after this initial aircor drilling, raiden would still hold 100%
I am happy it's jv as it pushes the risks to another party, frees up cash and reduces potential capital dilution.
On the 25% end result, that is gold.
Raiden still will hold 100% of any lithium.
