I was a floats operator at Fox Radio Hill (10km from RDN's tenement) in a previous life...(extracting copper and nickel) what you say is correct...the nickel would not "float" for exactly that reason. The mine flew in many "met" experts..but no... could not extract the Nickel. They eventually closed the mine down. If RDN's Mount Sholl tenement contains the same/similar ore composition. Good luck trying to extract it...unless they have improved floating tech. All IMO
