    GBG has already stated that they want to take a single digit stake in OPR. WestNet deal is at best a backup plan for oakajee. At worst, its a ploy to sink MMX SP to buy on cheap.

    Frankly, the GBG announcement is too vague. It's like... we have a contract to upgrade our railway, but we won't let you know whether we're actually going to exercise it.
