Perth's Metronet is undergoing a massive upgrade with much of the infrastructure under review, new tracks being laid and changes to the road/ rail crossings closing or planed for bridgework. The link comments on the reopening of railway workshops in the state and the building of the new C class trains using Australian companies particularly W.A. ones. To me this all links to EGN building up the business in the state, namely the purchase of land adjoining the existing Gemco workshop in Forrestfield and the purchase of Eureka 4wd training to enhance their existing CERT Training arm. To this add the new premises in Kalgoorlie (announced in March this year) to accommodate Drivetrain and their distribute their services to the goldfields.
I am aware of further works in other states and when coupled with this creates the overview of an improved EGN with profits and SP increasing in the near future which has encouraged me to buy more stock recently
