Good point chateabox. Nobody has more to gain from this project beginning ASAP than the chinese. Would make sense if they are involved (certainly looking likely) that they get it done ASAP. As soon as the infrastructure is in place in Africa, the supply side of the equation rises thus hopefully from the chinese point of view price will drop.
