    good call.
    Hancock on there proposed rail line are proposing to carry 25000t payload, where EER can build a cheaper rail line for your standard 10000t payload to Hancock line and link the two up.
    DDZX is on the money with his post;
    "rail should be relatively cheap due to flat country, say $3m per km = $750m"
