    People complained about being mislead by WR about the 'advanced negotiations'. Perhaps the 'advanced negotiations' were not about rail, but instead about WR's retirement package. What a great negotiator!

    I'm surprised he got cash though. I thought he'd get a bunch of Wah Nam shares.
