    It's down to single digits now. Rail is coming, or is it? 7 trading days remain. Will we see anything this side of Christmas? 6 months go by and more excuses and wah nam doing nothing. Maybe this is intentional for them. I thought about it. Those associates would be annoyed paying 6 dollar, but not if wah nam promised them a cheap CR in the future. Why has the price been pushed down so much? If there is a CR soon, look very closely at who is benefiting.
