Tio(NZ) is a separate entity and SH. They can vote. That’s why they spent time and money to get 55% and will issue more shares under resolution three to get a bigger vote.
IMO is a misconception that the bod is working hard for SH directly. I guess they think BBIG or Todd already has the FMS and they just have to supply the information required to move on.
