    Phil, your absoloutley spot on, the issue will be trying to identify the the bottom. There have been so many false ones lately that most people have been scared off. Even a rise of 20% may end up being a sucker rally.....

    If there's anyone out there with the ability to spot the real bottom I'd be happy to pay $1000 for that info.
