Also one thing came straight away to my mind when i red the PFS:
they are looking at ways to send their IO to the port - which makes me think that they have little intention or thoughts regarding join venture or mixing their ore with somebody elses low grade etc...but it looks to me like they already have someone they could be sending their IO to...it is just a matter of how.

That is what came to my mind at first unless....this train hides another then.....we need to wait!

IMHO that was a feeling after reading only..........
