    Well that wage in Sydney still isn't great to buy a house given the median house price there is close to a million $. Then shift work and what it means to your life - train drivers do probably more than anyone posting on hotcopper but yeah, you sit in office and say you are worth more than a train driver.

    And by the way the Reserve Bank is saying we need wages growth so have to start somewhere. And if you want less wages growth I suggest you make housing in Sydney more affordable (and keep costs down) but when people say get rid of negative gearing the hard working typesters here say no way, we are worth too much too society through investing in unproductive sectors like housing LOL that will do SFA to growing the economy.
