If it was up to demand, you would get fees similar to Sydney's only private stations. The domestic and international airports.
They charge $13.80 for access. Once.
The managers would deliberately price themselves to compete with taxis, like the airport does.
It would not be cheaper as there would be no competition to make it cheaper.
