Very interesting announcement from FRS our fellow takeover target. Indicates to me that BRM will be finalising rail soon.

PROGRESS UPDATE ON RAIL HAULAGE AGREEMENT
Subject to the finalisation of a confidentiality agreement with BHP Billiton Minerals, Mitsui-
Itochu Iron Pty Ltd and ITOCHU Minerals and Energy of Australia Pty Ltd (Mount Newman
Participants), FerrAus Limited will seek to finalise the terms of an agreement for rail
haulage of its iron ore product on the Mount Newman railway system as soon as possible.
FerrAus will provide updates in due course.
