    I would not put that past BHP at all. I just hope BRM has the good sense to have clauses in the CA to prevent this happening - i.e. there has to be certain hurdles achieved by certain dates; and BRM has legal recourse if BRM negates another rail option to pursue the BHP rail, and it turns out the BHP was negotiating in bad faith etc.
