infrastructure access for the development of the Marillana Project.
A term sheet reflecting the key principles for a binding heads of agreement is currently being negotiated. If the
negotiations with Fortescue ultimately result in a binding agreement, the implementation of that transaction will provide
a comprehensive infrastructure solution for Brockman involving agreements relating to rail haulage, port access and
marketing."
