    You are all so depressed and pessimistic!

    WR has for a while now said that the rail deal is still progressing and is scheduled to be finalised by Q4.

    He could of easily indicated it would be delayed in the recent quarterlies. He didn't.

    This indicates it is due in the next few weeks.

    Great buying at current levels!
