It enables them to be a near term HEMITITE PRODUCER at LOW COST of an initial easy, low CAPEX operation.
It may as the company say, enable them to be a producer and selling of ironore within 2 yrs.
If so, owning DMM at these levels is like owning AGO 2 years ago at 20cents.
Scoping Study should reveal all!
