So 1 yr until construction. Do we know how long it'll take to construct the rail?
Is in line with mnmgt timeline to be in production in 2yrs?
Can they still use the existing rail for the initial smaller start up operation (albeit much smaller then when the line is fuly upgraded and operational)?
