If there is changes in T20 its interesting no 3B notices to declare.
But im please 60-70% are in relatively safe hands and would be pleased to see instos take up large portion of CR... reducing the free float ad this is here us retailers will be rewarded as demand outruns supply. IMO if largish holders are sutting tight and probably a lottle closer to action stakes then its a good risk reward venture if they are consolidating positions...
I would like to ask though if you got a feel for how many holders in total there are. .....say a range and maybe average holding of same.......

PS....the T20 rain delay has not dissapointed..
