Just quickly b4 off to work...I'll say, 3B is obviously for moves above or below the 5% holding hence substantial holders...so, on ~ 241m current shares a 5% stakes is at least say 12m atm unless u got in early for 5% of smaller register.

Think as well may include 1% swings for already sub holders as well...can't recall exactly.

So, no 3Bs atm shows that no one has sold below their 5% but also not stepped over the 5%.

Remember though, u can have many different types of investment vehicles / entities holding just below 5% giving much larger overall holding and not have to declare as not "one" sub holder name...also, nominee accts r merely held essentially in trust by broker but owned by client who we can't c if 1 or many and they also don't have to 3B

Didn't look at size of register exactly but I think I could work a rough guesstimate later....gotta head off.
