1. You're basing your concerns on a weather forecast up to 35 days in advance. Its hard enough to get it right 3 days in advance.
2. Rain happens. It rains 10-15 days/mo over summer there. If it was that much of a concern, it would be uneconomical and shut down a long time ago.
As for my thoughts:
We have 1.5 stages worth of ponds evaporating brine for a stage one processing plant. A rain delay doesn't bother me in the slightest.
