Accuweather isn't correct for Rincon. Neither are nearly all weather apps.
Closest estimates I can see is annual rainfall between 5 and 10mm at Rincon. The hills on either side just seem to protect our basin. There were big rains close by about 6 weeks ago and no effect on us.
Would love a really good weather map, but at this point Windy.com has a rain page that is closest but not correct. It has shown 5mm of rain on Rincon when there was actually not even half a mill.
Pretty much one of the driest places on this planet from what I can see.
