    Perhaps this may help explain...remeber that any water in the Barkly (especially within the Barkly Tablelands (to the Nth) has to go somewhere?

    A PRAGMATIC decision that is now fait accompli...now we wait to see if this WET will be eventful and that it is not going to drag into the Q2/2012.

    The warnings of such an outcome had been present/posted for some time before the decision was finally made???

    Now for the behind the scene...what will PFC be strategising? and for that matter BKP?
