Intra day high was $4.45 being best price since $4.48 on the 10th. June. Norges Bank keep trading the stock, in and out on a regular basis as per the substantial notices. As you say the trend is your friend and it looks like the stock has more gas in the tank so it could run up more, well into Spring when yields will be better estimated.
Overall crop yields are expected to be above average, alternative markets are being sourced, a free trade deal with UK could put a rocket under the S.P. (look back at trading when that was first mentioned a little while ago). England used to be a big buyer of our grain before they got mixed up with that European mob.
Will crunch more numbers over the weekend to see how high this might go. If GNC diversified a bit into the BNPL brigade the S.P. might be $20 by now.
I would like to see GNC add more strings to its bow in the Ag sector. Overseas buyers are snapping up Almond farms, Cattle stations, Dairy etc. GNC could raise some funds and take out some smaller Ag players. I like Macadamia nuts.
