There are no exceptional circumstances payments going out the door atm because the rain has returned and low and behold we have a food crisis which Australia is now well positioned to capitalise on.

There are stormclouds ahead for Australia and wouldn't you just believe that the ability for the nation to withstand the shitestorm may come from the humble (and whiny) farmer ... that's where my money is!
