Yes I think you would need to call the company , or ask questions at next AGM, They seem to have a plan in place, but not giving too much detail as to its reasons. They obviously seem quite bullish about AVB future otherwise why buy back shares, and at the same time also want to expand and buy new assets. It seems a little unusual for a small company in a difficult market we find ourselves in, I mean China and Australia are both in slowdown mode. But AVB are in bullish mode, interesting.
Like I said they seem excited about something that us ordinary SH cant yet see clearly.
Maybe the master plan will become more obvious as the year proceeds, but like I said before, the SP so far is holding up not much volume though , its early days but keen now to so how it all unfolds.
Our CEO seems to be very well connected in China, just look at the resort and port proposal this is a massive venture can you imagine if she pulls something like this off.
