I was holding off till the court decision and had not informed my broker as to how I wanted my LYSCF shares voted ... this slap in the face and two faced talk by NC seals it for me ..
(no CR huh? and if I recall from the msgs on HC in the last AGM he said he and his gang were all going to stand for re election this AGM and then recently his PR people say it was a typo ....)
