    Sky Metals (ASX:SKY) raises $10.5M for the Cullarin Project



    • Sky Metals (SKY) has obtained binding commitments for a $10.5 million capital raise
    • A total of more than 47 million shares will be issued to sophisticated and professional investors at a price of $0.22 per share
    • Money raised will enable Sky to swiftly progress drilling and other exploration activities on its Cullarin Project in NSW
