To be totally fair, you could probably add in the $16.67mil cash on hand, but divided by 1.5bil shares would only add 1c to the valuation.
The point being, debt would have been the number one option. Although impossible for this amount.
Next best option cr as few shares as possible for the funds raised. 2.7c is ridiculously cheap. but its done now. so look forward.
