Being Non-Renounceable, if the takeup is extremely low (I can think of many better places to invest the extra $16K) then as pointed out in the offer "...there is a real risk the company may default ..."
Upon relisting what chances of trading above 6c? Are you better of chucking in the towel, taking the dilution and selling.
