    In the A F R now.

    Raising $90m from institutional shareholders at 20c a share + $25m from JPower.

    Looks like part of the $90m is a non-renounceable entitlement offer so current shareholders should be able to take part as well.

    Very disappointing to see 20c a share after holding this company since IPO.

    How could they not command a premium or close to what we are trading at now given whats to come? Concerning.
