These guys have a serious MOAT in their demo, and a solid brand rep.... However the reason I'm not investing is due to growth, I really don't see these guys opening more stores short term in this economy, and even if they did I'm not entirely sure it would be the best option for them. The way I see it is that the owner has taken this opportunity after many years of running an incredibly successful brand to cash out a few chips, no this company is probably not extremely undervalued or overvalued, if anything it's probably the most fairly valued IPO in recent months, unfortunately that doesn't instantly make it a good buy... I'd be interested to see future figures and a bit more of an indepth game plan as to how they plan on taking the brand to the next level (which then might justify investing).
