re: raising at 11.5cents, - anyone know?? I reckon its possoble they were capping it for the placement announcement, if it got to above 15 and this ann came out it would take the fizz out of any momentum and it would maybe trade sideways for a while, this way we get the announcement out and now we got a clear run.
