People have a think about this, not that often institutional investors will buy at 30-35% above the current sp. what i think will occur is that as soon as we hear whats at the bottom of FP1 the sp will go well above the current sp of 3.8 cents and 5 cents.

therefore whoever these new share are issued too are going to get quite a great price, if dilution occurs which it most likely will, the SP is till going to be well, well above 5 cents.
