Devolair...under the Corporations Act 2001.. a company has to advise the market of any substantial holder...and under the act this is a 5% holding. Currently the biggest holder of PRR is...I believe... Link traders with a 3.95% holding. Under the act...any change of 1% of shares held by a substantial holder (5%), must be notified to the market. So basically..someone has to hold 5% before the 1% change notification comes into affect. I believe there has been no 5% holder notification to date.
