I like to bring to the boards attention the exemplar method of raising funds as noted in the
attached link. I am not cross promoting this stock rather suggesting that the considerations of shareholders is paramount in maintaining shareholders interests whilst still considering the support of brokers and their clients. of the $2.5M raised , $1.5 is offered to share holders at the same discount.

the offer of 15K share offer to shareholders at the same discount is very similar to how PRR raised funds in recent years and Martin Rogers should be very cognisant of the good maintained with shareholders then.
