raising more money again?

OK, I'm a long time holder and am concerned tyhat the company is raising additional debt. Am I just being paranoid or do others feel concern about this as well? I don't like the fact that the reports released to the market give no substantial detail about interest rates, uses of the money etc. Just broad brush strokes when they are hocking us to the tune of another $45 million...25% of equity equivalent.
