Hi Guys,
I cant see anywhere in the reports that says anything about issue of 515 mill shares?
I can see the issue of 125 mill and a further 15 mill to Palegic
It says in the report that Pelagic will offer access to capital..
Perhaps a finance facility for the 10 mill portion of the consideration
If that occurs then total shares on issue will be 410 mill
If the deal goes down that way I would be very pleased, rather then having raised the funds through more dilution of the stock....
raising of capital...
