The additional free options, depending on how the sp trends between now and Dec 2014, are the gamble which makes the issue price of 1.2c either cheap or expensive.
Also, to a lesser extent, the buy is brokerage free.
Having said that if the sp is somehow forced down between now and the end of the offer that sure could influence the level of take up of the offer.
For the record, I am taking up the offer to the maximum i can (which is not really that much).
