I dont think they really need to with a little of hunting around a couple of months ago i spoke with a Galaxy employee which eased my current concerns ie battery plant which is the final stroke in this vertically integrated company is that the battery plant would more then likely be a Joint Venture so thats me at the moment hope that helps.
