Not sure if this has been posted yet, but the raise was effectively completed before it started.
It was priced at .125 and went predominantly to the top 20. Most sophisticated investors missed out. The company only sought to raise $950,000.
The brokers were fighting about allocations because demand was so high and supply so limited. Virtually no stock was left for sophisticated investors, and all stock was allocated to existing holders.
