George and Brendan are definitely keeping the team busy!
RAIZ continues to diversify into new markets, not just geographically but with new product offers aswell.
Their latest move into home loans is surely going to raise some eyebrows from larger established lenders.... especially when they have over 260k active users (AUS) on the platform ... of which most are young switched on savers who will be looking to buy a house at some point in their future.
They are willing to offer $300 up front and then $12.50 a month (back into your RAIZ account) for the life of the loan. This shows how juicy the margins are for lenders/brokers in the home loan market... as that works out to around $3-4k for your average loan. I think that will entice a lot of would be home buyers on RAIZ to consider using it.
The recent 25% pullback in share price presents an opportunity for long term holders looking to top up.
