Xan, that thought crossed my mind also when I read this mornings ann. The team at an oil company such as CVI is made up of experts from diffrent fields : financial, exploration, production experts etc. It did occur to me that transportation of the oil is the last step before the cash come in. And CVI are stitching up such an expert right now.
